The Hub stores the email address you use to sign in, the payments you make, and the Macs you activate.
A Mac is identified by a hash the app computes from the hardware UUID. The Hub hashes that value again before storing it. The Hub does not receive a serial number, a MAC address, file names, or show content.
Install identity is a separate hash so a reinstall can be told apart from a different Mac. It does not start a second trial.
Support can disable an account. Disabling stops sign-in. Write to the support address to ask for that, or to ask for a copy of the account, devices, and payments.
